As much Curly Kale to taste or as much Turnip Greens to taste.
Real Sea Salt
Grapeseed Oil
Organic Onion Powder (to taste)
Organic Cayenne Powder (to taste)
Note: I recommend rinsing the kale and allowing it to dry one day before making the kale chips. If you’re short on time, use a salad spinner or paper towels to dry the greens.
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Tear off the kale leaves close to the stem. Do not tear them too small, as the leaves tend to shrink.
- Put the kale into a baking pan and drizzle with grapeseed oil, add the desired seasonings, and massage the oil and other ingredients evenly over the kale.
